  • Do you ship to my country?
    • Mostly Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of Ukraine & Russia.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    • You need to select all the options available, add item to cart and enter your address at the checkout. The system will then be able to show you the shipping cost based on the items in the cart.
  • How long does it take for the order to be shipped to me?
    • We generally ship the same working day or the next working day for most items. Items like LED Decks or items that are on backorders will take a longer time.
  • How long is the delivery time?
    • For Fedex / DHL – Estimated Shipping Time.
      • USA (4-6 Working Days)
      • Europe (5-7 Working Days)
      • Asia (4-6 Working Days)
      • Australia / New Zealand ( 8-12 Working Days )
    • For Registered Mail – Estimated Shipping Time
      • 20-30 Working Days.

      • Tracking is as good as none
  • Why is shipping so expensive?
    • We ship directly from Singapore with forwarders like DHL / Fedex. They may be more expensive, but you will get your items faster than others and tracking is much more accurate. We do not combine shipments like the sellers in China do, thus we are unable to match the prices the China sellers are giving.
    • On top of that, rising cost like fuel surcharges and emergency surcharge have increased few times last year and this year due to Covid & the ongoing war.
  • I have already paid for shipping, Do I still have to pay additional when I get the items.
  • Previously I do not need to pay for any import custom duties & taxes. Why do I have to pay when I buy from your store?
    • To be honest, we also hope that our customers do not need to pay the extra custom taxes & duties. The money collected does not go to us, but to your local government. It’s every citizen’s duty to pay custom duties & taxes for the goods they import. You are lucky if you do not have to pay. It’s only right if you have to.
    • We have absolutely no control over your local custom departments, so we are unable to instruct them to act as per your wishes.
    • Fedex / DHL / Your local postal service may require you to make payment for the duties and taxes before the item can be released from Customs to be delivered to you.
    • Please do not proceed to buy if you do not agree with it.

Payment, Refund & Cancellation

  • What kind of payment do you accept?
    • The following methods are accepted.
      • PayPal
      • Stripe (HitPay) for major credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay
      • Bank Transfer – Only reserved for Dealers.
  • Is there any Cancellation or Refund policy?
    • Sadly, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation or refund policy.
    • The payment gateways does not refund us anything at all.
    • We usually ship in the same working day within hours of getting the order. It will be impossible to get the item back by then. Shipping cost has also been incurred by then.
  • What currency do you accept payment in?
    • In our store, we accept mainly USD, Euro & SGD. It should not be a problem with the payment gateways we are using.
    • We do not accept crypto at the moment.
