That year, CarbonRevo changed that. We became the first company in the world to design and manufacture premium accessories specifically for electric kick scooters. Not as a side project. Not as a pivot. As a deliberate act of craft.

Twelve years later, people still ask why our lead time is 4–6 weeks. The answer is the same as it was in 2014 — we don't manufacture in bulk. Every deck cover, every rear hugger, every stem extension is made to order in our workshop.

Carbon fibre doesn't forgive shortcuts. A poorly laid weave, a rushed cure cycle, a misaligned mould — these aren't cosmetic issues. They're structural ones. Our process hasn't changed because the material demands precision, and precision demands time.
