Welcome to CarbonRevo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CarbonRevo website (carbonrevo.com) and any purchases you make from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products & Aesthetic Purpose
CarbonRevo designs and manufactures premium, handcrafted carbon fiber accessories for electric scooters. All products are for aesthetic enhancement purposes only. Our products are not performance upgrades and are not designed to modify the speed, handling, range, or safety characteristics of your scooter. You agree that you are purchasing our products solely for their visual properties.
2. Order Process & Contract
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract between us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
3. Pricing, Payment & Import Duties
All prices are shown in [Your Currency] and are exclusive of VAT, sales tax, and import duties.
International Customers Please Note: As we ship from Malaysia, you are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other taxes levied by your country's government upon delivery. We use third-party payment processors (HitPay / Paypal) to handle all card payments. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
4. Shipping & Lead Times
Crafted to Order: Many of our products are meticulously fabricated to order. This process ensures impeccable quality and a perfect fit but requires additional production time. Please allow for the lead time specified on the product page before shipping.
Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and do not include time for customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or carrier issues.
5. Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the custom-made and aesthetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or compatibility issues.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your product arrives damaged or is incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation of all content, is the exclusive property of CarbonRevo and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarbonRevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our products or website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
