Thank you for visiting and shopping at Carbonrevo. Please note that we absolutely hate to receive PayPal or any other fraudulent claims. So please do not proceed to order if you cannot accept this. Most delays are totally not within our controls. However if you do agree with us, we will do our best to make you a happy man.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Carbonrevo does not accept any order cancellation request. All such request will be subjected to Carbonrevo’s discretion. If a double order is made, you may contact Carbonrevo to submit your request. A maximum of 95% of the order value will be refunded as we will still need to pay the fees incurred with the payment gateway.
Carbonrevo does allow any refund. All such request will be subjected to Carbonrevo’s discretion.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days usually except for those on backorder. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or your mobile if possible. If there are any out of stocks situation, we will send you your order once the concerned part is available again.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Local Singapore Shipping are by registered mail, Speedpost or SmartPac or normal mail.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please contact Singpost with your tracking number if you wish to find out the status. The tracking number will be sent to you in an email after we have shipped it and updated it in the system. If there are any delays, you can submit an enquiry to Singpost.
International Shipping Policy

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Custom Duties and Import Taxes
Carbonrevo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order by your local custom department. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). As we always say, its the duty of the every country citizen to pay import duty / tax. It’s your luck if you don’t. Its only right if you do.
Carbonrevo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Claim value is limited by each shipper or the declared value whichever is lower. It will not be based on your declared value. Please check their terms and conditions links above.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship to any PO Boxes.
We will not be liable for any delays due to custom checks, shipper errors, acts of god, loss of items, etc. You should always contact the Singpost / DHL / Fedex directly for your enquiries if they are urgent. But you can always contact us to help. We are always happy to help. There is no point being angry with us. U need to understand that we do not own any of the shipping companies, we too are their customers too. At times, we may be out of stocks for your order, but we will ship out your order once item is available again
We will only ship to the address that is stated in Paypal. If you need to change the address due to some reasons, please contact Paypal and notify us as soon as possible.
At times, customers may enter the wrong address which will result in wrong shipping cost. Carbonrevo reserves the right to collect the outstanding amount before processing the order.
Insurance is not included by default. However if you wish to purchase insurance for your order, kindly please contact us. We will help you with it.
We do not have any of such policy. So please do make sure you ordered the right item for the right model.
